One of the best things about traveling with one's family is talking. We ended up waking up at around 5 in the morning and just wandering around the room, talking. Didn't sleep at all on the plane. We took Cathay Pacific on both round (to Hong Kong, then to Vancouver), and that pretty much made me feel the difference between a world-class sort of airline and... well, Philippine Airlines.
